Arrival and departure
In the high season in July and August, arrival and departure only on Wednesday und Saturday. Outside the high season, arrival and departure is possible almost every day. If you would like to arrive and/or depart on a specific day, please contact us, preferably by email: info@montmarsis.com
We are happy to welcome you between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. If you would like to arrive outside this time frame, please let us know.
Departure time is before 10:00 am.
If we have your email address, you will receive our welcome email 2 weeks before arrival with detailed directions for the last part of your trip.
Yes of course, but please register at the reception upon arrival.
Accommodations
The interior is similar for all accommodations. The quality standard is the same.
The description of the living space indicates how many people the living space is suitable for. This number corresponds to the number of beds available in the accommodation and is the maximum number of persons allowed. Due to safety regulations, no additional guests are allowed to stay in the house. It is therefore not possible to place extra beds / camping beds / air mattresses. Children up to 2 years old are accepted as an extra person. The baby or toddler will then sleep in a bed that can be ordered during the booking procedure or at reception at an additional cost of € 2.50 per day.
You can indicate your preference when booking. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee the outcome in advance.
The floors of the houses are often tiled. House numbers 53 to 59 and the safari tents have wooden floors. Smoking is NOT permitted inside all houses, safari tents and buildings. Most homes do not allow pets. Please indicate if you have any special wishes when booking.
A number of homes in the park are suitable for disabled people. These homes have wide doors and the bathroom is barrier-free. These houses are called 4 pers. OPTIMA. They are 2 houses located next to each other so that you can book a house for a maximum of 4/5 people or two houses for a maximum of 8/9 people.
Our houses and accommodations are all non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
Bed linen is mandatory. You can see the additional costs in the description of the homes. It is possible to change the bed linen during your stay for a small fee.
Towel packages are not included as standard, but can be ordered during your booking or when checking in at reception. Kitchen linen is included in the rental price.
Yes, the standard equipment is basically the same at the accommodations at Village de Montmarsis.
Yes, that is possible, but final cleaning is mandatory. You can see the costs in the description of the house or safari tent.
Cancellation
To cancel your reservation, please contact reception by email and indicate the reason for cancellation. We will inform you whether a refund is possible. For more information, please refer to the general terms and conditions, which also contain the cancellation conditions.
You have the option to take out cancellation insurance yourself. This is not possible via Parc Village de Montmarsis and/or Maison Vacances France.

Paiements
Payment on arrival is only possible if you booked last minute (arrival within 7 days after reservation).
You must pay the deposit within 8 days of the booking date. The remainder of the amount due will be charged approximately 6 weeks before arrival.
Yes, one day after the administration has processed your payment, you will receive a confirmation by email.
You can transfer the payment(s) to the account number that you will find on your invoice, stating your name and reservation number.
If you bank via the internet, first choose the “foreign payment” option. Then enter the IBAN and BIC code without spaces. You then fill in the other information and, if necessary, the currency.
You can pay with a debit card, credit card and for extras also with cash.
In principle that is not possible. If the case arises, please contact us to discuss.
The front desk reserves the right to collect a security deposit via a credit card pre-authorization. The deposit is also possible in cash.
If the property is left in accordance with the guidelines, the reservation / deposit will be released / refunded to your account within two weeks. In case of breakage (inventory) or other damage or excessive pollution, the deposit will be retained in whole or in part to cover the costs of the damage.

Services
A secure network (Wi-Fi) is available in all accommodations. (optical fiber)
Casino, Lidl, Aldi, Intermarché, Carrefour and regular shops are a 4 to 6 minute drive from Village de Montmarsis.
Yes, a bread service is available at Village de Montmarsis, so you can buy freshly baked bread every morning during the summer season. Out of season you can visit the bakery in the village of Gourdon, less than a 5-minute drive away.
Yes, at Village de Montmarsis there is a swimming pool and a children’s pool. There is a tennis court, a football and volleyball field, a playground and a jeu de boules court.
There are parking spaces within walking distance of your accommodation. Unloading luggage and groceries is possible at the accommodation. A second car or trailer can be parked in the large parking lot at reception.
Children
You can rent a high chair and/or baby cot. Prices are indicated when you book and in the description. Children up to 2 years old can sleep in a cot. 3 year old children sleep in a bed.
During the summer season, Village de Montmarsis offers all kinds of entertainment and activities for our youngest guests.
General
The general terms and conditions can be found on our website. At the bottom of the homepage you will find a reference to the General Terms and Conditions.
The park has special facilities for meetings and events. You can contact us for company outings, weddings or events.
We have several houses where dogs are allowed. There is an additional charge for pets which you will see when booking. If you are bringing a pet, please indicate this when booking. Dogs must be on a leash in the park. Special house rules apply to pets, which you will receive upon arrival.
This is allowed at Village de Montmarsis. A Weber BBQ can be reserved during the booking and will then be ready at your accommodation.
To book
Once you have received a reservation confirmation by email, the reservation is final. However, you must still make the deposit within 8 days.
If you reserve via the internet, you will receive an invoice after your booking. You must pay this within 8 days.

Your personal data will not be made available to third parties and will remain in the possession of Village de Montmarsis / Maison Vacances France. See the bottom of the homepage for our privacy statement.
You can request an option by telephone or e-mail. The duration of an option is determined by the reception and partly depends on the number of available accommodations.
It is possible (based on availability) to book accommodations next to each other. Please contact us at info@montmarsis.com
The reservation made is final. If you want to make changes, for example to extend the stay period, or to order items such as towels or baby furniture, please contact us: info@montmarsis.com
